Ultrastar is a free emulator clon of Singstar. Ultrastar allows to add unlimited songs. The play mode is equal that Singstar, you only need a microphone to start to sing.

You can get it in this website. Files -> Downloads section -> Emulators. The emulator pack contains a demo song.
